Situated in a small hamlet of about six houses at the end of a mile long drive, the house has no passing traffic and is therefore very safe for children and animals. The grounds extend to about 2 acres of which an acre is woodland. There is a bustling market on Fridays and lots of great restaurants. There is a lot to see in this beautiful part of France. An hour from Bergerac and the wine regions you can enjoy a lot of tastings! If you want a peaceful holiday away from it all this is the place to be. Good food, great wine, and wonderful views and serenity.

This house is our home and not just an investment in France. It is furnished with comfortable furniture and you will find supplies of English books, videos and personal touches. The house comprises country kitchen with American fridge, washing machine, gas cooker and microwave, lovely old pine furniture and a table seating ten people. Sitting room with a wood burning stove, loads of beams, comfortable seating and is equipped with CD player, television and video. There is a really comfortable sofa bed. Both these rooms are 20 feet square. Upstairs are two good sized bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and two children's beds. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. All the floors are natural wood and the walls are exposed stonework. The pool is well away from the house and there are outside tables and chairs for your relaxation. Everyone who has been there has loved it. There is something in the air - an amazing tranquility.
