Port Leucate is situated between Perpignan and Narbonne, where the Pyrenees meet the Mediterranean in the South West of France. It is also in the heart of the Fitou and Corbieres wine regions. Port Leucate is an attractive beach and port resort with a lively marina, shops, bars and restaurants. It is ideal for a beach holiday having EEC Blue Flag accreditation for its clean safe beaches. The area also enjoys one of the mildest climates in France, and the villa is ideal for those out of season breaks.

The villa has a double bed on the mezzanine as well as wardrobes and bedside tables. Downstairs there is a cabine bedroom with bunkbeds and a small wardrobe. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. The kitchenette is very well equiped with everything you could think of including fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, mini oven and 2 ringed hob. In the living room there is a dining table, 4 chairs and a sofa bed. There is also a TV and DVD/CD player for you to enjoy (just bring your own discs). The villa also has a shower room. Outside you will be able to enjoy the sun on our enclosed terrace, which is equiped with patio furniture for those balmy summer evenings. Private locked parking is also included in the rental price.

Many places of interest are within a short drive away including the Medievel Walled town of Carcassonne and walking in the Pyrenees or visiting the castles in the Corbierres region. Further afield why not visit Andorra on the border or have a day in Barcelona.
