La Rivierette is a collection of small independent gites in France, contained within a converted and modernized farmhouse and buildings. They are available to rent all year round, being serviced by their friendly English owners Dorothy and Ian who live in the main converted barn. We are situated in the Tarn et Garonne area of South West France. This is a rural farming area with a wealth of natural beauty and a multitude of interesting and picturesque places of interest within the area. There are pretty hamlets,villages, and bastide towns and the cities of Toulouse, Agen, Cahors and Bergerac are within easy distance. There are theme parks, water parks, museums and castles for the more adventurous. Or you could kick back in a hammock or laze the day away in the pool if you prefer. This your home from home after all...

Sleeps 4 + baby This enchanting converted pigeon house with its pointed tiled roof and character accommodation is always popular with guests. The ground floor kitchen and dinning room is fully equipped with electric oven, gas hob, fridge, washing machine and dinning table. The first floor comprises a comfortable lounge with wonderful views of the sun rising over the valley. A sofa bed converts to a double bed and on this floor is the shoower/ W.C. room. A staircase leads to the third floor attic bedroom with a double bed, exposed beams. The orginal pigeon holes have been converted into small windows. The steep stairs in this three storey cottage make it only suitable for active people...

From Calais, Eurutunnel etc, Travel via the Paris periphique, then take the autoroutes A10 to J14, A71 to J5, A20 to J58 (Cahors sud) then take the N20 north 11km turn right on to D653/953 (direction Montcuq, Moissac) at Lauzerte continue onto D58 (Moissac) for 10km turn right on to D43 (St Nazaire, Bourg de Visa) pass St Nazaire at the bottom of the hill our drive is on the left. For western channel ports continue to Rennes pick up the N137 to Nantes, join the A83 ten the A10 to Bordeaux continue on the A62 J8. Take the D953 around Valence d' Agen (direction Lauzerte, Cahors) for 10 to 12 km. Turn left onto D7 for 5km then right onto CV6 at the end of the CV6 you will find are drive on the left.
